How it Works
Inside the Brewers Dashboard control panel is a combination of Hardware and Software that work together to give you all the advanced features the system offers. Inside the control panel are two main devices, the BD-ES which is the Embedded server that records and stores all the data and also contains a webserver to allow users to access and control the system. The BD-1084 connects to your tanks and equipment. The Brewers Dashboard control panel can be expanded by adding multiple BD-1084 Controllers depending on how many tanks and other equipment you want to connect.

Temperature sensors are installed in each of your tanks and connected to the BD-1084 controller. Each cooling valve is also connected to the BD-1084. You can connect additional equipment like your Chiller, VFD, or Boiler. The BD-1084 can also be configured to control your HLT, CLT, Kettle, and Mash.

The Brewers Dashboard can also communicate with other equipment using one of the build-in industrial automation protocols such as Modbus or extract data from a 3rd party database.

The Brewers Dashboard is a powerful data acquisition, automation, and visualization system developed by Infinite Automation Systems Inc. Contained in the Brewers Dashboard is a full SCADA (Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition) software suite that is highly developed and used by 1000s of people around the world across many industries.
